In SAS® Enterprise BI Server, the following scheduling exception occurs when you want to build a cluster or move the EAR file to a SAS® machine:

This problem occurs because the following Java system property is missing from the manual instructions in the ChangeHostName_[date-time].html file:
-Dsas.scs.host=[host-name]
You can add this parameter during a ChangeHost request that is executed with the SASADM@SASPW user account.
